Our services to our landlords:

All properties are fully inspected.
Advice on all aspects of letting and management (including the legislation governing landlords preparing the property for letting.
Inventory and legal documents prepared. Building and Contents Insurance. Vetting Tenants by taking formal references.

The best possible rents are achieved and extensive advertising for promotion of business.
Our rate of commission for letting is competitive, negociable and charged as percentage of the rent each month.
